Numa sessão nostalgia total, apareceu do nada na minha cabeça a música Bizarre Love Triangle (1986), do grupo inglês New Order. Para mim, ela consegue resumir bem boa parte do que foi feito na década de 80. Em 1994 a música ganhou uma nova cara na voz da Angie Hart, que na época era vocalista do grupo australiano Frente!, sendo que esta versão chegou a fazer mais sucesso do que a original (é também a que eu prefiro).
Obviamente, Frente! não foi o único grupo que regravou esta música. Entre as versões que encontrei, as que se destacam são: a feita pelo grupo estadunidense Stabbing Westward (trilha sonora do filme Não é Mais um Besteirol Americano), de 2001; e a do grupo francês Nouvelle Vague, de 2005 (para quem não se lembra, fiz um post sobre este grupo um tempo atrás). Também achei uma versão cantada pela Cláudia Leite acompanhada pelo Jammil. Confesso que não gostei muito, mas para quem se interessar é só clicar aqui.
Como eu estou falando hoje só de uma música específica, nada mais justo do que deixar aqui também a letra.
